As of April 2022, the Bulletin 1763 MicroLogix™ 1100 controllers are discontinued and will no longer be offered for sale.
The MicroLogix 1100 has been a staple of the Rockwell Automation controller portfolio for many years, and over 2 million of them have served faithfully around the globe. Many individuals are sad to see it retired, but we have fantastic modernization solutions in the Micro800 family of controllers. Depending on your application needs, you can migrate to the Micro820, Micro850, or Micro870 platforms as they all have an embedded Ethernet port.

To help make your controller transition as smooth as possible, Rockwell Automation has developed a few tools to help.
First, be sure to check out the MicroLogix Controllers to Micro800 Controllers Migration Guide.
Next, check out the Integrated Architecture® Builder (IAB) program. IAB has an embedded MicroLogix Migration Wizard that will step you through the system configuration process, helping you decide which Micro800 controller is best for you.
Lastly, download Connected Components Workbench (CCW). The Micro800 family of controllers is programmed with CCW. Within CCW is the MicroLogix to Micro800 Converter Tool. This tool will assist you in converting your existing RSLogix 500® program to a Connected Components Workbench™ project. The MicroLogix to Micro800 Converter Tool Version 4.00 is available in Connected Components Workbench™ Software Version 11.00 or later.
