Things Heat Up at Buckles-Smith’s San Jose Chili Cook-Off

San Jose, CA – June 20th, 2012 – On the afternoon of Thursday, June 7th, Buckles-Smith Electric began the second Chili Cook-Off of the 2012 Chili Cook-Off Season at its corporate headquarters in San Jose, California. Buckles-Smith’s key manufacturers brought on the heat with their coveted chili recipes, hot and ready to serve. Customers attending the event had the chance to taste each individual chili, and then vote for their favorite bowl of beans. The winner was rewarded with a prize and bragging rights until the next Chili Cook-Off. This was not only the perfect opportunity for customers to sample great chili, but also to view the latest and greatest products of over 20 different manufacturers.
The San Jose event is second in the lineup of Buckles-Smith’s Chili Cook-Offs of 2012. The next upcoming Chili Cook-Off will take place at the Livermore Branch on October 18th of this year, so get your aprons and spoons ready.
