Buckles-Smith Inside Sales Receives Certified Electrical Professional Certification from NAED

San Jose, CA – March 12th, 2014 – Today Buckles-Smith Electric employee John LaRocca passed the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) Certified Electrical Professional (CEP) certification program, a program specified for inside sales representatives within the electrical distribution industry. Through his success in this program, John has shown his product knowledge, customer service, sales skills and competency in other areas required for his position on the inside sales team.
The NAED CEP program is a high-level program that trains and develops individuals in the industry by setting standards for particular roles and comparing the performances of employees to these standards. The CEP program tests candidates on understanding and skills that can only be gained through real life experience within their particular field and the overall industry.
Candidates for this program must not only undergo 30 hours of specific training led by NAED and Florida State University, but also have had at least six months of experience in the industry and receive a passing score on the official CEP exam. Buckles-Smith is proud of John for showcasing his expertise and gaining more knowledge through this program.
