How to Search for Allen-Bradley Product Lifecycle Status

Find out the Lifecycle Status of your Product

This easy to use search tool from Rockwell Automation allows you to check the lifecycle status of your Rockwell products. The Product Lifecycle Status Tool enables users to determine status for Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, Variable Frequency Drives, Motion Controllers, Distributed I/O and Network Interfaces. Here’s a quick guide on how to find the page and search for your product’s lifecycle.

1. Visit http://ab.rockwellautomation.com/ and click on “Support”.
   
2. You will land on the Rockwell Automation Support page where you will click on “Product Lifecycle Status” under Resources.
   
3. Type in your Part Number. If the tool does not return any results for the full Part Number shorten it.
   
   For example: if the Part 898D-48LT-DM4 does not give you any results, shorten it to 898D-48LT or 898D-48 to get more results.
