On October 1, 2008, in our continuing effort to improve our business processes, Buckles-Smith migrated to a new business system.  The Web Service Center that is currently available on our main web site (www.Buckles-Smith.com) was part of our previous business system and is slated to be discontinued.  In its place will be a new e-commerce portal that will be better able to meet our customers’ needs with regard to order placement, stock inquiries, tracking, and product information. 

As the current Web Service Center was tied into our previous business system, it does not reflect current pricing or availability.  We advise that it should only be used for inquiries concerning orders from September 2008 or earlier.

At this time we are not accepting new requests for access.  Current users of the Web Service Center will be migrated over to our new e-commerce portal when it is available.  We expect the portal to be available in the third quarter of 2009.  Until then, your best source for up-to-date stock and order information is our inside sales staff.

Our underlying goal in migrating to a modern world-class business system is to improve and enhance our ability to serve our customers, and strengthen our relationships with them.  Nevertheless, we acknowledge and apologize for any inconvenience this transition has caused.
